Credentials are saved in AWS Secrets Manager and never returned by the dashboard. Team access and passwords are managed on the Team access page.
Operating defaults
Business budget: $5 per employee per UTC month, separately tracked from AI usage. One active run per employee. Two concurrent runs initially. Cron skips missed runs and prevents overlap. Failed work stays visible. Payment tools must honor the business budget before charging.
Subscription workers need an official provider login before use. No actual employee jobs are enabled automatically.
